Clinic for Special Children
The Amish are on the whole a healthy and quietly self-reliant people who rarely accept financial support. However, due to the nature of such a genetically tight-knit community, certain inherited metabolic disorders occur in the Old Order Amish and Old Order Mennonite communities in Pennsylvania. These disorders are varied and require a great deal of testing and on-going care.
Under the supervision of Doctor Holmes Norton, the Clinic for Special Children specializes in the treatment of glutaric aciduria (GA1), Crigler-Najjar syndrome, medium-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency (MCADD) and maple syrup urine disease (MSUD). The clinic was established to provide comprehensive medical care for children with chronic, complex medical problems due to inherited disorders. The clinic cares for children with over 100 different genetic disorders and is recognized as one of the leading centers for the treatment a number of them.

Centre County United Way
In addition to our support of the Clinic for Special Children, we have also held various Inventory Sales to benefit Centre County United Way.
"The mission of the Centre County United Way is to improve lives by prioritizing needs and mobilizing human and financial resources to positively impact the education, financial stability and physical and emotional health of our neighbors."
Through these various sales, we have found homes for many of Bill's prints, and supported a great cause, raising over $8,000 for their various campaigns.
